Aloha Hawaii Rentals is the next chapter in a legacy that began in 1985 with the founding of Oceanfront Realty International by Donna Apisa. Originally established to serve real estate clients on Kauai, we expanded our service area to include the Big Island. We are rebranding as Aloha Hawaii Rentals to meet the growing demand for high-quality rental management, particularly for out-of-state property owners

With over 40 years of experience, we’ve built a reputation for reliability and professionalism in both short-and long-term rentals. Today, Donna leads a team of 14 dedicated staff members on two islands, as well as a team of independent contractors and local vendors. Together, we provide top-tier rental management grounded in decades of industry knowledge and best practices learned from some of the most respected operators in the field.
